Exchanges for Defective Items

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for fulfillment unless otherwise noted in the product description, where estimated processing and shipping times are listed per item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking information when your item ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after dispatch)
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: Delivery time does not include production time.

 

Signature Confirmation

For your security and peace of mind, we may require a signature upon delivery for high-value items.
