At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Our focus is on providing an exceptional experience for clients within our current service areas. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are committed to ensuring each client is completely satisfied and will work closely with you during the process to ensure the fit, color, and details are exactly as expected.
Each piece is delicate and deserves special attention. We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Be sure to store your garment in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Most of our pieces are made to order and require time to produce with care. Bridal and couture items typically take 8–10 weeks. Timelines may vary based on complexity and season.
